ENGINEER/SPECIALIST PLANNER (M/F/D) Specialization: Building automation/MSR technology

Your responsibilities:

• Design of measurement and control systems for building services equipment in accordance with HOAI §53, service phases 1–9
• Project coordination with building owners, architects, and contractors
• Collaboration with our site managers
• Schedule and cost monitoring, quality assurance in projects

You should meet the following requirements:

• A successfully completed degree in building automation/automation engineering (B.Eng., M.Eng., Dipl.-Ing., technician) or a comparable qualification with planning experience
• Solid knowledge in the field of building automation as well as in measurement, control, and regulation technology and VDI 3814
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD and calculation software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, and Mervi Soft Tric
• Very good knowledge of VOB and HOAI
• Structured, methodical, and dedicated work ethic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong customer focus
