English to Serbian (Cyrillic) Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content

Overview

As the English→Serbian (Cyrillic) Review Lead, you own the locale’s quality standards and serve as the primary linguistic expert for a leading technology client. You align the Post-Editing Lead, Post Editors, and Reviewers to a unified definition of quality and act as the client-facing quality advocate. You drive governance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional consistency across UI, marketing, product, and support content. This role blends client liaison, quality strategy, and hands-on coaching to elevate localization excellence.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Set and maintain the locale's quality standards across content types
Lead alignment discussions and publish a monthly quality digest with metrics and outcomes
Coach Reviewers individually, run shadowing and provide targeted training
Turn recurring justifications into improved style guides and share patterns with Quality Manager
Maintain alignment with the client’s Language Manager and manage escalations and clarifications
Own the locale’s review service score, arbitration records, and analyst alignment metrics

Zentrale Anforderungen

3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
Direct client-facing experience with Language Managers and arbitration/escalation processes
Deep experience with localization evaluation frameworks (RQE, LQE) and severity mapping
Ability to analyze style guides, infer client expectations, and map tolerance by content type
Facilitation experience: coaching, shadowing, roundtables, and structured monthly reporting
Analytical mindset with tracking of error concentrations and alignment scores
Native Serbian (Cyrillic) proficiency; professional English
Preferred: experience with calibration/alignment tools in large tech localization programs
