Coordinate cross-functional data governance
Advise teams on data architectures
Design decentralized, cross-functional data architectures
Establish the "Data as a Product" principle and federated governance for business domains
Integrate data architectures holistically into the enterprise architecture landscape
Create future-ready target architecture plans and migration roadmaps
Develop semantic enterprise data models using Domain-Driven Design
Strategically develop taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata management

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with a strong affinity for IT, or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience in the field
In-depth knowledge of transparent data flows using OpenLineage
Experience defining data quality frameworks based on the classic data quality dimensions
Extensive experience architecturally implementing BCBS 239 / RDARR and the EU AI Act in a highly regulated financial environment
Demonstrable experience designing and operating modern data platforms
Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark
Fluent German skills at least at C1 level
Good English skills at B2 level
Motivated and agile approach to work
Strong teamwork skills, assertiveness, and confidence when handling complex challenges
