Enterprise Channel Account Executive – DACH

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Channel Account Executive to drive new logo growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). You will focus on building strategic relationships with key channel partners—including large Systems Integrators (SIs), local IT service providers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) —running a full-cycle indirect sales process, and helping organizations modernize with AI-powered service management through our partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Partner-Led Sales Cycle: Drive the enterprise sales process alongside regional partners—from joint business planning and co-prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Strategic Channel Development: Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable strategic channel partners across the DACH market, specifically targeting top-tier Systems Integrators, specialized regional VARs, and prominent local IT service providers to expand SysAid’s regional footprint.
• Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute joint territory and account plans with key partners to aggressively drive net-new business.
• Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a healthy pipeline, with a strong focus on partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
• Accurate Forecasting: Provide accurate, consistent weekly sales forecasts and partner pipeline reporting.
• Co-Selling & Enablement: Enable partners to lead product demos, while stepping in to co-present and champion solutions for key IT and C-level stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Channel Marketing, Solutions Engineers, BDRs, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless buying experience for both the partner and the end-customer.
• Deal Structuring: Negotiate pricing and contracts, balancing partner margins, customer value, and company goals.
• System Management: Maintain accurate CRM data, joint sales forecasts, and partner activity logs.
• Market Expertise: Stay current on DACH market trends, customer needs, and the regional competitive landscape.
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven focus on Channel/Partner sales closing complex deals with IT decision-makers.
• Established Partner Network: Proven experience and existing relationships working closely with major Systems Integrators, local IT service providers, and VARs within the DACH market.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles through indirect channels and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Bilingual proficiency: Native-level German and fluent English are required.
• Strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable presenting to C-level and technical audiences alongside partner representatives.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and resilient—driven to win and excel in a remote, distributed environment.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven, consultative sales approach and a deep understanding of channel dynamics and partner economics.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, and modern sales tools (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Gong, Highspot, Google Workspace).
