Enterprise Content Management (ECM/ OpenText) Team Lead (Fully Remote)

• Own and evolve the global OpenText platform to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and lead incident management.
• Design and implement scalable ECM solutions integrating with enterprise systems.
• Lead and develop a team of 3 offshore ECM specialists, fostering collaboration.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and drive projects.
• Ensure platform compliance with security and data governance standards.
