Enterprise Relationship Manager, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (m/f/d) - Germany, Remote

In this role you drive net-new pipeline and close complex enterprise deals focused on Windows-centric environments. You will engage CISOs, CIOs and infrastructure buyers to articulate quantified downtime and recovery benefits, shaping the BC/DR stance for large organizations. You work cross-functionally with presales, field CTOs, and channel partners to validate value and secure buy-in. This position offers impact by expanding IGEL’s dedicated BC/DR motion through strategic partnerships and executive selling in a security-driven market.

• Own net-new pipeline and deal closure in the assigned region
• Prospect non-healthcare enterprises with large Windows estates and ransomware exposure
• Engage CISO/CIO/CTO and risk stakeholders to advance opportunities
• Develop quantified business cases around downtime, RTO, secure access and resilience
• Coordinate discovery, proof-of-value, and validation with presales and Field CTOs
• Build partner-led demand with security VARs, GSIs, MSSPs and technology partners
• Maintain account plans, CRM hygiene, and territory collaboration with IGEL teams

• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales with cybersecurity/BCDR/datan protection or resilience experience
• Documented new-logo prospecting and quota attainment with complex enterprise deals
• Established access to CISO/CIO and enterprise buyers; effective multithreaded selling
• Experience developing a territory and working with technical specialists and channel partners
• Strong value selling, negotiation, communication and forecasting skills
