Overview

In this role, you will drive and continuously improve Grünenthal’s Enterprise Risk Management across functions and regions. You’ll coordinate risk identification, assessment and reporting, delivering consolidated insights for management and governance. You will maintain and enhance the enterprise risk register and champion AI-driven process improvements. You’ll strengthen the Risk Champion network and promote a risk-aware culture through guidance and stakeholder engagement. This position offers the chance to shape risk practices in a complex, matrix organization with cross-functional impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Drive and support the execution and continuous improvement of the ERM framework across functions and regions
Coordinate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment and reporting, including consolidated risk assessments for management and governance
Maintain and develop the enterprise risk register and identify opportunities for process, system and AI-driven improvements
Strengthen the Risk Champion network through training, best-practice sharing and stakeholder engagement
Promote a strong risk culture and risk-informed decision-making, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the business

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree in Business, Economics, Law, Science or related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in Enterprise Risk Management with risk assessment, monitoring and reporting
Experience in consulting or regulated industries preferred
Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority
Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills
Fluent English and German; Spanish is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
