We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) to help us discover, validate, and build new ventures from scratch. You'll work closely with our CEO to turn early-stage ideas into validated MVPs — through customer interviews, fast iterations, and market exploration.

Key Responsibilities

Validate new venture opportunities: You lead deep-dive market research and customer discovery to uncover pain points and white spaces
Build and test MVPs: You move fast from hypothesis to prototype, using low-code tools, mockups, and customer feedback to validate what works
Own pilot initiatives: You help set up and run early-stage pilots, translating insights into real-world traction and learnings
Drive customer-facing outreach: You initiate and manage cold outreach (calls, emails, lead funnels) to generate qualitative insights and interest
Create clarity from ambiguity: You develop clear slide decks and narratives to communicate opportunity areas internally and externally

Requirements
Skills & experience you will need

Bachelor's degree, ideally in a field related to entrepreneurship, innovation, or tech — and a strong drive to build things that matter
You've built something before — ideally a company, MVP, or product (success or failure both welcome)
Strong analytical thinking and hypothesis testing mindset
Solid communication skills, especially in slide decks and user interviews
Self-starter with the ability to lead an initiative from scratch
Fluent in German and English
