What will you do?

As a Store Manager at Episode, you will play a key role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions. You will be the face of our store and help create the unique atmosphere of a vintage clothing treasure trove.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the store in Hamburg.
• Supporting the Regional Manager.
• Training the store staff in sales, running a store, processing delivered goods and visual merchandising, among other tasks.
• Taking responsibility for store sales and KPI targets.
• Planning daily tasks as well as weekly schedules.

Must Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a retail environment.
• Fluently speaking English.
• Stress resistant.
• Living in or close to Hamburg.
