Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Equipment Engineer (f/m/d) Flight Control System for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.

Your responsibilities:

• Analysis of statutory, functional, performance and system requirements from higher level architecture in conjunction with applicable standards and allocation to the corresponding equipment
• Generation and maintenance of the technical documentation (equipment specifications, data requirement list, equipment design, requirement documents and equipment interface documents)
• Securing the product compliance with the technical requirements in time and quality by conducting reviews
• Liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders (Chief Engineering, Procurement, Safety, Quality, Environmental Control, Reliability, Maintenance, …)
• Support customer requests concerning equipment queries, defects and problem investigations
• Support equipment integration and system testing

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace or comparable
• Work experience in Aerospace and first experience in Equipment or System Engineering or a comparable Engineering role
• First experience in Project Management is an advantage
• Experience in Confluence/Jira as well as analytical and signal processing is an advantage
• Knowledge about the Eurofighter and other Weapon Systems are welcomed
• Fluent English skills
• German skills would be a plus
• Willingness to travel for work
