Equipment Maintenance Technician

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our automation logistics team. This is an entry‑level position – we welcome fresh graduates with a strong mechanical/electrical foundation and a keen interest in sorting systems and conveyor equipment. You will receive hands‑on training and grow your skills in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, and servicing of sorting logistics and automation equipment (e.g., conveyor systems, sorting machines) to ensure stable operation.
• Respond quickly to equipment failures, perform on‑site troubleshooting and repair, and minimize downtime to ensure operational efficiency.
• Record maintenance data, develop preventive maintenance plans, and support equipment optimization.
• Strictly follow safety procedures and implement equipment safety management requirements.
• Develop and manage spare parts lists.

About You

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior work experience required – fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation control systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform fault diagnosis and basic repairs (training will be provided).
• Language: Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (essential for communicating with vendors and coordinating with on‑site teams).
