We are currently partnering with a defence client based near Hannover, Germany , who are looking to hire an experienced ERP Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing management of their new Microsoft Dynamics ERP system .

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business at a pivotal stage, taking ownership of an ERP project from the ground up and driving digital transformation across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP
• Manage the ERP system post-deployment and drive continuous improvements
• Work closely with Operations and key stakeholders to optimise business processes
• Ensure successful integration of ERP across production and operational functions
• Support users and promote ERP best practices throughout the business

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
• Ability to work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders
• Fluent German language skills are essential
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
