Meerane | Dresden

You’ll be the first point of contact when our customers run into issues with the APplus ERP system—and, through solution-oriented process consulting, you’ll ensure things are back up and running quickly. This means real problem-solving: You’ll dive deep into processes and systems, identify root causes, explain solutions clearly, and continuously learn along the way. You’ll never be on your own—you’ll join our existing support team and work closely with colleagues from application consulting and software development, with direct support from our software vendor. In this way, you’ll make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and become an integral part of our ONE N+P team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting and advising our customers on all technical issues related to our ERP solution—via phone, Teams, and the ticket system
  • Analyzing and resolving technical issues related to APplus, from troubleshooting to providing clear solutions
  • Gathering customer requirements and jointly initiating new projects
  • Working closely with our software development and consulting teams
  • Further developing our internal knowledge base

Your Qualifications

  • A completed vocational training program or degree in the IT field, or comparable professional experience in customer support with a technical focus
  • Experience in technical support, ideally with ERP or PLM systems
  • Enjoyment of clearly explaining complex issues and remaining calm and solution-oriented even when dealing with tricky inquiries
  • Ability to work independently: You prioritize tasks on your own and maintain a clear overview even when handling multiple open tickets
  • Very good German language skills
  • Solid IT knowledge (e.g., Windows Server, Windows Client, reporting)
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., HTML, Java, C#, XML) and experience working with databases
