Key Responsibilities

1.Distributor Identification & Acquisition

• Identify and evaluate automation distributors across Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece and Turkey. Prioritize partners serving machine builders, panel manufacturers and system integrators; onboard high‑growth distributors open to cooperating with Chinese suppliers.

2.Channel Enablement & Technical Training

• Deliver product and technical training for distributor engineers. Support partners on early‑stage projects, PoC testing and demo applications; help distributors build independent local technical support capabilities.

3.Business Development & Market Expansion

• Co‑develop sales plans and target lists with distributors to boost product adoption. Support local marketing activities such as trade shows and customer workshops. Establish solid connections with local key decision‑makers and technical influencers.

4. Partner Performance Management

• Conduct regular business reviews, track sales pipelines and KPIs. Support partners on large deals, pricing and competitive positioning. Feed local‑market demands (features, translation, certifications, documentation) back to headquarters.

5.Complete other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

‑ Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business.

‑ Hands‑on experience developing distributor ecosystems in growth markets.
