EU Digital Wealth Channel Marketing Manager

As Digital Wealth Marketing Manager, you will lead the Germany-based digital wealth proposition and help shape growth across Continental Europe. You’ll partner with distribution, product marketing, brand, content, digital and events to translate investment ideas into engaging experiences for German investors. The role blends strategy and delivery, using market insight and performance data to drive commercial results while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will spearhead partnerships with brokers and digital wealth players, shaping a scalable, customer-led marketing approach with measurable impact.

• Develop and deliver the Digital Wealth marketing strategy for Germany
• Align marketing activity with commercial priorities in partnership with Distribution
• Build and nurture partnerships with online brokers, neo-brokers, robo-advisers and digital wealth partners
• Create and localise campaigns, content and educational materials for German investors
• Coordinate activity across product marketing, brand, content, digital, PR and events
• Leverage customer, campaign and competitor insight to optimise marketing investments
• Measure performance against KPIs and report results to stakeholders
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory, governance and data-protection requirements

• Strong experience in Digital Wealth, investment-platform or D2C financial-services marketing
• Deep understanding of ETFs and the German retail investment landscape
• Proven track record delivering customer-led digital marketing campaigns
• Experience building productive commercial or platform partnerships
• Strong stakeholder-management skills in a complex or matrix organisation
• Knowledge of regulations governing D2C financial marketing
• Excellent German and English communication skills
