EUCF PE: Site Process Engineer, EU PE Team, EUCF PE Team

In this role you will lead EU-wide process improvement initiatives within the EU Customer Fulfillment Network, driving stabilization, standardization and continuous improvement. You will work closely with FC leadership and EU PE to deliver tangible productivity gains and reduce variation across shifts and regions. You’ll deploy initiatives, build cross-site relationships, and ensure timely delivery of improvement projects while expanding your project management capabilities. This position offers impact through shaping process performance and accelerating technology adoption in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Lead Back to Basics (B2B) initiatives to close performance gaps in the FC and implement improvement actions with local Operations Management
• Deep-dive into process performance using standard reports or custom data analysis and translate findings into tangible improvement plans
• Monitor and drive completion of open action plans with FC stakeholders to reach targets
• Collaborate with central PE functions and regional Site PEs to resolve process questions and share best practices
• Drive network-wide best practice implementation and maintain the EU Best Practice repository
• Capture and scale FC innovations through a standard process and present to ACES process SMEs
• Ensure major projects ($10M+ WW saving) are captured in the Operating Plan (OP1) annually
• Own deployment of EU network initiatives within FCs, ensuring timeline adherence and testing/piloting in EU sites
• Engage with FC Operations daily (Gemba) and organize weekly leadership updates (LSC) on variation reduction and project rollout
• Support Site Leader and Senior Ops to build trust and buy-in for initiatives
• Be ready to lead EU projects expanding scope to multiple FCs and enhance project management skills
• Occasionally support site management operations and travel within the area (domestic/regional)

• Bachelor’s degree
• English and German at CEFR C1 level
• Experience in Operations as Area Manager or equivalent
• High technical knowledge of at least one Fulfillment process path (Curiosity silver/gold certification)
