Europe Nx Category Leader

Your Mission

Join our dynamic Procurement – Global Supply Chain organization and play a key role in strengthening our Nx category performance across Europe. As Nx Category (Brand Labeling) Europe Leader, you will drive value through strategic sourcing, supplier optimization and strong collaboration within the European Nx community. This is a high-impact role offering both strategic influence and broad stakeholder exposure.

What You Will Do

• Lead procurement performance across Europe for Nx categories
• Animate and coordinate the Nx community in Europe, ensuring alignment on strategy, roadmap, and productivity plans through structured governance and animation systems
• Participate in and support negotiations together with Nx buyers to secure best-in-class cost competitiveness
• Drive supplier base optimization for Nx categories in Europe in close collaboration with the Nx community
• Support and contribute to key Nx procurement initiatives within GSC Europe

What Will Make You Successful

• Proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, ideally in an international environment
• Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to drive value through supplier relationships
• Experience in direct procurement categories, especially within:
  • Electrical & Electronics (EE)
  • Contract Manufacturing
  • Brand Labeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage senior and cross-functional stakeholders
• Master’s degree preferred, ideally in Engineering, Procurement Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a matrix and multicultural organization
