European Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist (m/f/d)

Join Panasonic's European Planning Team to transform complex data into trusted insights for consumer electronics across Europe. You will build and optimize the data platform (Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse) and create self-service analytics with Power BI to empower cross-border decision making. Your work will drive automation, data quality, and forecasting support, contributing to Panasonic Europe’s data and analytics capabilities. • Turn data into insights for product areas (audio, cameras, personal care, kitchen appliances)
• Develop and enhance Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Lakehouse architectures, data integration workflows
• Design and maintain management reports and dashboards using Power BI for Europe-wide stakeholders
• Drive automation and data quality improvements with Python-based solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on reporting, planning and forecasting processes and future analytics capabilities

• University degree in IT, Data Analytics or equivalent education
• 3–5 years of experience in BI, data analytics or reporting
• Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, data integration and analytics/reporting platforms
