European Operations Administrator (m/f/d)

Nintendo Co., Ltd. is seeking a European Operations Administrator to manage B2C shipping operations across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating B2C shipment volume in collaboration with carriers
• Monitoring carrier KPIs
• Handling B2C claims for a variety of European countries within the internal ticket system and with carriers
• Collaborating closely with shipping companies and European distribution centres as well as with other internal Nintendo departments
• Handling general administrative tasks in the area of shipping such as invoice matching, cost comparison, document archiving, reporting, etc.

Qualifications

• Commercial education; education as a Forwarding Agent would be an advantage
• Experience in the area of transports, ideally B2C
• Good German and English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Precise, well‑structured and responsible approach to work and the ability to work well with a team
