North Vector Dynamics is building technology that matters, and we need the commercial firepower to match. We’re looking for a driven, well-connected European Sales and Partnerships leader to open and develop the European market for our defence technology portfolio. This is a part‑time role (0.5 FTE), fully remote, and designed for a senior operator who brings an existing network and can hit the ground running without hand‑holding. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for inbound leads. You’ll be the tip of the spear: building relationships with defence ministries, prime contractors, and strategic partners across Europe, and converting those relationships into real revenue and long‑term deals. The ideal candidate is based in Europe, close to the customers, the conversations, and the opportunities that matter.
