Event Marketing Executive (B2B)

We’re looking for a hands-on Event Marketing Executive to support the delivery of B2B marketing events in Malaysia.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organising events, coordinating logistics, and working closely with teams to bring events to life . You will support industry events, networking sessions, and customer events , while gaining exposure to broader marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Requirements

RESPONISBILITIES
Events (Main Focus)

• Coordinate and support B2B events (e.g. roundtables, networking events, industry events).
• Assist with venue sourcing, vendors, and logistics.
• Manage event registrations, guest lists, and communications.
• Support on-site event setup and execution.
• Help track attendance and leads after events.

Marketing Support

• Assist with email invites and simple campaign coordination.
• Support the preparation of event materials (slides, emails, basic assets).
• Help coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales).
• Maintain simple trackers for events and campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in events, marketing, or coordination roles.
• Experience supporting or organising events (corporate or B2B preferred).
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on, on-site event work.
• Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
