About The Opportunity

We're looking for a bold and ambitious Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for private and corporate events in Berlin. Your mission: identify, approach, and close deals with major clients – from global brands to leading local companies – who want to host their events, launches, or celebrations in our spaces. While your main focus will be on B2B partnerships and large-scale buyouts, you'll also handle selected B2C opportunities, helping individuals and private groups create exceptional experiences.

This is a pure sales role – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and growing revenue. You'll be the key link between Manifesto's venues and the market, turning opportunities into lasting partnerships and signed contracts.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients, agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Pitch Manifesto spaces and event concepts to decision-makers and close high-value B2B deals, including full buyouts.
  • Manage and convert B2C inquiries for private celebrations and special occasions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop a structured sales pipeline and deliver on ambitious revenue targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

What You Bring

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or real estate sectors.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Hunter mindset – you thrive on building relationships and closing deals.
  • Strong commercial thinking and goal orientation.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, Notion and sales reporting tools.
