Event Technician- Event and Media Support

As an event technician in the Event & Media Support department, you will work on site for a permanent customer on the campus of an international company in Herzogenaurach. You will ensure that meetings, presentations and events – on‑site, hybrid or virtual – are implemented in a technically reliable and professional manner.

In doing so, you will combine technical know‑how with service orientation: You will be the contact person for users, colleagues and external service providers and ensure that modern media and event technology works just as smoothly in everyday life as on special occasions.

Your tasks as an event technician

• Technical preparation, implementation and support of meetings, presentations and events in a corporate environment
• Operation and support of professional audio, video, lighting and media technology as well as video conferencing and streaming solutions
• Direct contact with users and guests – service-oriented, solution-oriented and professional
• Support for demanding users in the use of modern media and conference technology
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers at larger events
• Ensuring trouble-free operation and support in the further development of technical standards on site

Your profile – what sets you apart

• Sound practical experience in dealing with professional event, media or broadcast technology – e.g. in the areas of audio, video, lighting, streaming or hybrid events
• Education or professional experience as an event technology specialist, AV or media technician, video engineer / video operator, lighting technician, broadcast or streaming technician, audio engineer or in a comparable technical role in the event or corporate AV environment
• Confident, service-oriented appearance in direct contact with demanding users
• Interest in modern conference, media and video technology as well as hybrid meeting and event formats
• Very good knowledge of German and good English
