Were recruiting on behalf of our valued partner , a creative and established event agency based in Munich. Known for their hands-on approach, collaborative spirit, and innovative mindset, they work with major brands to create live, digital and hybrid events that leave a mark.

Now, they're looking for a Project Manager to join the team someone confident, curious, and ready to take ownership of exciting projects while learning from senior peers.

Your Role

Plan and lead end-to-end event projects (live, virtual, hybrid)
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers
Own timelines, budgets, and client communication
Translate client needs into creative, high-impact event concepts
Be a reliable point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

You Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in event or project management
  An organised mindset and love for structure
• Confidence in managing client relationships and event logistics
• Familiarity with agency life or fast-paced environments
  
• Fluency in German and professional-level English
