Executive Director Market Insight's

• Lead global competitive intelligence across trials, data, conferences and market developments.
• Generate market insights to support brand strategy, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Shape competitive positioning alongside Global Brand Teams.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and regional teams.
• Support brand planning, launch strategy and business development activities.
• Build strong external relationships and maintain deep disease-area expertise.
• Manage budgets and contribute to long-range revenue forecasting.

Requirements

• 10+ years' pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Background in global marketing, market research and/or competitive intelligence.
• Strong oncology and/or rare disease experience preferred.
• Experience with brand planning, forecasting and commercial strategy.
• Strong understanding of US and international regulatory environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
