Tencent Games’ Venture Lab supports Tencent’s third‑party (minority stake) studios, working on a diverse range of titles across various genres. Our mission is to elevate these studios' potential from early development to independence by providing comprehensive advisory services across production, publishing, technology, and more.

What the Role Entails

Key Responsibilities

• Drive quality collaboratively and constructively, partner with essential team members to create an organizational structure and processes that allow the team to efficiently produce high‑quality work on time.
• Ensure effective processes are in place for project tracking, including milestone reviews and feedback.
• Understand the studio’s production needs, bridge the right resources from Tencent & other Tencent portfolios and/or affiliates.
• Prepare and regularly communicate project progress to Tencent, find and push for proper mitigation to relevant risk with the studio.
• Maintain close contact with the studio and deliver on‑ground support on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Main Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Senior or Executive Producer in the videogames industry.
• Has shipped or been part of a team that shipped at least one game during the past 3 years.
• Experience managing a medium‑large production team or ideally development studios within one location and globally.
• An understanding of a wide range of project management concepts, tools, and approaches and an ability to tailor methods to meet the requirements of the team.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborative approach.

Salary

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is € to € per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
