Executive Storyteller & Speechwriter (f/m/d)

In this role you shape high-impact narratives for Siemens’ Chief Sustainability and People Officer, strengthening public positioning and guiding leadership storytelling across channels in English and German. You work within CPSO Communications to translate complex topics into clear messages for diverse audiences, balancing technology, sustainability and political context. You partner with global teams to craft briefing materials, speeches and social content that advance Siemens’ sustainability and AI-focused agenda. The position offers cross-functional collaboration, strategic counsel, and opportunities to influence executive communications at scale.

• Prepare briefing materials, speeches, and talking points for the CPSO for internal and external engagements
• Tailor messages for diverse audiences and oversee overarching CPSO communication projects
• Collaborate with Siemens businesses, functions, and Communications colleagues to align content
• Act as sparring partner for messaging development and provide strategic guidance
• Analyze audience feedback to measure effectiveness of communications
• Support executive communications planning and identify opportunities with the Communications Team

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in communications and speechwriting with focus on sustainability and people topics
• Executive communications experience, ideally supporting C-level leaders in technology companies
• Strong understanding of German political landscape and people & sustainability topics
• Ability to develop thought leadership content
• Journalistic experience is a plus
• Ability to lead and collaborate with international teams
• Strong AI literacy and interest in innovative briefing materials and communication strategies
• Excellent German and English written and oral communication
