Expansion Manager, Franchisee Coach

Responsibilities

• You coach and motivate our new franchise partners on their path to successful self-employment in building energy consulting.
• You support franchise partners in all phases, from business planning to the opening of their own ENERDOMO office.
• You utilize modern digital tools for efficient workflows and communication.
• You work closely with our sales, marketing and franchise consulting teams.
• You travel to opening events of new locations and actively support their success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in areas such as expansion, leadership, sales, real estate, business planning or coaching.
• Strong affinity for topics such as energy efficiency, sustainability and services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with digital work tools.
• A flexible, committed and motivated personality with a desire to build a career in energy consulting.
