We are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our growing Boston-based team as an Experienced Dispatcher. This position offers a dynamic role that balances client interaction, operational coordination, and logistical support while helping ensure the seamless execution of transportation services for our clients around the globe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule, assign, and dispatch chauffeurs while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and affiliate partners via phone and email.
• Monitor chauffeur activity using GPS and dispatch software to ensure on-time performance and route efficiency.
• Coordinate out-of-state and international reservations with affiliate partners worldwide.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, chauffeurs, affiliates, and team members.
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Support the reservations, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Maintain accurate trip records and update reservation information as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in dispatch, customer service, transportation, travel, hospitality, or a similar office-based role.
• Previous limousine, chauffeured transportation, or travel industry experience required.
• Familiarity with the Boston metropolitan area and surrounding markets preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
• Professional phone etiquette and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Experience with dispatch, reservation, or transportation software is a plus.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional holidays and optional weekend or overnight shifts.
