Experienced Engineer - RRAM Reliability

In this role you will lead reliability qualification and analysis for embedded RRAM technology, shaping robust memory solutions for automotive, industrial, and IoT. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define qualification strategies, assess failures, and develop predictive models that ensure durable performance. The opportunity combines advanced materials and devices work with real-world deployment, enabling impact across products and manufacturing. You will drive reliability improvements and support customer qualification efforts.

• Develop and execute RRAM technology qualification plans
• Design and perform reliability stress tests (endurance, data retention, read/write disturb, HTOL, TDDB)
• Develop lifetime prediction models using statistical techniques
• Support customer reliability assessments and qualification deliverables
• Define reliability requirements and qualification criteria for new RRAM products and nodes
• Establish screening and monitoring methodologies for RRAM manufacturing
• Lead root-cause investigations of failure mechanisms and switching degradation
• Correlate device performance with process, integration, and material variations
• Collaborate with FEOL, BEOL, integration, device, modeling, and manufacturing teams
• Optimize RRAM switching conditions and operating windows
• Evaluate new material stacks and process changes for reliability impact

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Microelectronics, or related discipline
• 5+ years of semiconductor NVM reliability experience
• Direct experience with RRAM / ReRAM, Embedded NVM technologies, MRAM, PCM, or other emerging memory technologies
• Knowledge of switching mechanisms, retention, endurance, and variability behavior
• Understanding of algorithm impact on RRAM forming/erase/program operations and related reliability mechanisms
• Automotive qualification requirements (AEC-Q100, JEDEC)
• Programming skills in Python, VBA, or advanced statistical tools
