Key Qualifications and Skills

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a professional repair shop
• Are confident communicating with customers and can build trust without being pushy
• Understand how to present work clearly and close jobs in a way that feels natural
• Can manage multiple moving parts without getting overwhelmed
• Work well with technicians and know how to keep things flowing between the front and back
• Take ownership of your role—you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Bring a positive, team‑first attitude (no drama, no ego)
