Overview

In this role you will advance multiplexer performance through novel topology research and co-design with acoustic physics experts. You will design high-performance resonators and validate accurate simulation models to optimize nonlinearity and power handling. You will push cost-effective, miniaturized packaging via new process research, collaborating with international teams. This position offers a chance to shape cutting-edge acoustic filters within Huawei’s global R&D environment and contribute to scalable, high-impact solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Drive multiplexer performance via novel topology research or co-design with acoustic physics experts
  • Design and develop high-performance resonators using innovative modes, materials, or IDT structures
  • Develop and validate simulation models for nonlinearity and power handling
  • Advance low-cost, miniaturized packaging through novel process research
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • M.Sc. degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in TC-SAW / TF-SAW filter design and development
  • Acoustic resonator optimization with high Q-value, high Kt², low TCF, and high-power handling
  • Acoustic resonator materials R&D (piezoelectric, electrode, substrate)
  • Modeling and simulation with hands-on experience in FEM, COM, or BVD models
  • Advanced acoustic filter process R&D with familiarity with mass production techniques
  • Teamwork and collaboration in international settings; willingness to travel
