What you will do with us

You develop strong brand strategies for our Non-Food Exclusive Brands and sharpen positioning, messaging, tone of voice and visual identity
Together with Marketing, Category Management, E-Commerce and country teams, you bring brand management from concept to activation
You plan and steer brand and marketing activities across relevant customer touchpoints, from POS to digital channels
Customer needs, market trends and competitor insights are translated by you into clear recommendations for brand growth and differentiation
With a strong sense for retail, product and brand, you ensure a consistent brand experience across assortment, packaging and communication
You monitor brand performance, customer insights and relevant KPIs and turn them into concrete impulses for further brand development

What you will bring with you

Experience in brand management, marketing, category management, product management or a comparable commercial role
A good understanding of how brand positioning, customer insights and marketing strategy work together
Passion for making brands visible and translating concepts into concrete activations, campaigns or communication measures
Analytical thinking and a strong sense for market trends, customer behaviour and competitor developments
Strong communication skills and the ability to involve different stakeholders, countries and external partners effectively
A structured, proactive working style as well as enthusiasm for retail, e-commerce, brand building and customer-centric assortments
