What you will do with us

Take end-to-end commercial ownership for assigned Non-Food categories and drive sales, margin and customer relevance
Define and develop category strategies, customer missions and assortment architectures, including Core, Seasonal and One-shot logic
Translate market trends, customer insights and performance data into assortment, pricing and promotion decisions
Manage and optimise the merchandise mix across Exclusive Brands and branded supplier portfolios
Analyse sales, margin, stock and market data to identify opportunities, risks and concrete actions
Collaborate closely with Sourcing, EB Development, Space Management, Planning, Marketing Activation and country teams
Contribute to building the future Non-Food Category Management framework and stronger cross-functional ways of working

What you will bring with you

A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Economics or a comparable field
Several years of experience in Category Management, Assortment Management, Buying or Commercial Retail, ideally in Non-Food
Strong commercial understanding of assortment steering, category performance management, pricing and promotions
Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with sales data, KPIs and performance reports
Good negotiation skills and confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders
Structured, solution-oriented working style with the ability to manage complex topics independently
Strong communication skills in an international environment as well as fluent German and professional English
