Your Tasks

Drive the continuous development and enhancement of the Group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS)
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for compliance-related matters in an international business environment
Support the implementation, harmonization and optimization of compliance processes, policies, standards, controls and governance frameworks
Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments and evaluate their impact on compliance risks and controls
Conduct compliance risk assessments and support the design, implementation and testing of compliance controls
Coordinate the assessment, investigation and remediation of reported compliance concerns
Support the design and execution of compliance awareness, communication and training initiatives
Prepare management reports, KPI analyses and presentations for senior management and governance bodies

Your Profile

University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Control Systems (ICS), Governance or a related field, preferably in an international organization
Strong knowledge of Compliance Management Systems, compliance governance and risk & control frameworks
Experience in conducting compliance risk assessments and evaluating compliance controls
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset
Strong project management and organizational skills
German and English language skills, both written and spoken
