In this role you lead contract and claim management across the full project lifecycle, shaping strategies and mitigating risks. You act as a trusted advisor to project leadership and stakeholders, driving compliant and favorable outcomes in complex contracts. You will develop processes, support negotiations, and ensure effective contract governance within a multidisciplinary engineering and construction environment. Verantwortungsbereiche

Overall responsibility for contract and claim management across the entire project lifecycle
Analyze, evaluate, and enforce contractual claims; defend against unjustified claims
Identify and assess risks and opportunities in contracts; develop mitigating measures
Lead and support contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers
Advise project management and stakeholders on contractual and claim matters
Establish and further develop processes, methods, and standards in contract and claim management

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Business Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in contract and claim management in a project-driven environment
In-depth knowledge of contract law (BGB, VOB, FIDIC) and experience with complex contract structures
Strong negotiation skills and confident presence at management level
Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
