Expert Corporate Accounting and Reporting Home Comfort - focus on IAS12/IFRS (f/m/div.)

Do you want to contribute your IFRS expertise in an international environment and actively shape complex accounting issues? Then become part of our Home Comfort Finance team.

• Take professional responsibility for selected IFRS topics with a focus on IAS12 / income taxes and contribute to ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and timely group reporting, including the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual IFRS group financial statements for the Home Comfort sub‑group.
• Monitor changes in IFRS accounting, interpret relevant requirements, ensure their consistent implementation, and review and approve material or non‑standard journal entries within your area of responsibility.
• Collate and coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders domestically and internationally and advise the international HC Finance Community on IFRS and accounting‑related matters.
• Identify improvement potential, drive the further development of reporting and consolidation processes, and support projects in the area of IFRS financial reporting and consolidation.

Qualifications

• Education: completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Experience and know‑how:
  • several years of relevant professional experience in IFRS accounting / corporate reporting; very strong knowledge of IFRS standards, ideally with a focus on IAS12 / deferred taxes
  • experience with consolidation tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS or S/4 Group Reporting is an advantage
  • good knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office, especially Excel
• Personality and working style: analytical thinking and a high quality mindset, independent, structured and solution‑oriented work style, strong communication skills in an international environment, team spirit, resilience and flexibility, and a pragmatic, hands‑on approach
• Languages: business‑fluent English, both written and spoken
