Expert - Data Centers Product Planning

In this role you shape regional data center solutions by developing tailored product plans and research charters aligned with customer strategies. You manage regional requirements for key products such as power modules, UPSs, batteries, and modular data centers, ensuring competitiveness and business closure. You engage with regional customers at a strategic level and support marketing and joint-innovation efforts. You operate within Huawei’s global technology center network to drive impactful product planning in data centers.

• Develop customized product development plan charters and research based on customer strategies and pain points
• Manage regional requirements for key products and solutions (power modules, UPSs, lithium batteries, modular data centers) to ensure regional competitiveness and business closure
• Conduct high-level communication and strategic alignment with regional data center customers
• Support frontline marketing in strategic project development and breakthrough
• Support joint innovation activities of regional key accounts

• 10+ years of working experience
• Senior expert in power modules, UPSs, lithium batteries, modular data centers
• Familiar with market, products, solutions, and development direction of the domain
• Proficient in cross-domain knowledge
• Experience with market insight modules (market analysis, customer analysis, competition analysis, technology analysis, disruptive force analysis)
• Practical project experience in the data center field preferred
