Overview

In this role you ensure efficient distribution of Metro Own Brand products and support the sCore strategy. You drive product availability and customer satisfaction through accurate order processing and timely delivery. You’ll enhance supply chain transparency and uphold OTIF performance for Metro countries. You will collaborate across functions to optimize order-to-delivery processes and provide data-driven improvements that strengthen Metro’s reputation as a reliable partner.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Receive and process customer orders accurately for flawless execution
Provide proactive, clear customer updates and act as primary contact for inquiries
Plan and schedule transportation with carriers and suppliers to ensure OTIF delivery
Resolve logistical issues to maintain timelines and expectations
Monitor carrier performance and ensure service levels
Collaborate with customs experts for export documentation and cross-border compliance
Coordinate with procurement, supplier collaboration, and operations to improve service levels
Utilize dashboards to monitor KPIs for order processing, transport, and service levels
Analyze data trends to drive logistics improvements and customer satisfaction
Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering with SCM/Logistics focus (preferred)
3+ years of relevant experience
Order management expertise
Customer communication skills
