About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and forward‑thinking Internal Control & Process Improvement Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will strengthen our internal control framework, identify process inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial operations. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement the internal control framework within Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and processes.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes to ensure standardisation and increase efficiency, accuracy and transparency.
• Monitor and report on control effectiveness, including follow‑up on internal or external audit findings.
• Work closely with the ERP team to implement process changes in IT systems and support the Finance department in system optimisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Auditing or Consulting.
• Interest and experience in process design with internal controls in Finance.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Demonstrated ownership and confidence in driving initiatives to completion.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and AuditBoard.
• Knowledge of AI is an advantage.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and embraces growth and change.
