Your Role

You will spearhead hardware testing at Orbem. Working side-by-side with MRI, Mechatronics, Compliance, and Software Engineers in Test, you will design rigorous test protocols and execute hands‑on validation of every mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic component that ships with our automation and industrialised AI‑powered MRI products.

Your responsibilities include:

• Defining a long‑term testing and quality strategy for our complex systems and building the required team and resources around this.

Your Experience and Skills

• You have 5 + years experience in hardware, reliability, mechatronics or system‑integration testing and have led a testing team in the past.
• You have established and enforced quality and testing frameworks for complex systems using top‑notch tools.
• You are hands‑on with automation systems, sensors, actuators, oscilloscopes or PLCs.
• You have proven ability to set objective pass/fail criteria, perform root‑cause analysis and request design improvements.
• You are experienced in writing clear test plans for electro‑mechanical interfaces.
