Expert Hardware Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Your ResponsibilitiesDefine, introduce, maintain, and continuously improve test strategies, methods and concepts for system level tests and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test resultsPlan, provide, commission, and maintain test systems and laboratory infrastructure & capacityPlan, coordinate, and execute hardware and system level tests including software together with internal customersEvaluate, document, and release test results and initiate root cause analyses where requiredProvide transparent communication on test status, risks, and deviationsEnsure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable normsSupport capacity planning and optimization of test environments and laboratory utilizationAct as a technical interface between test lab, development, systems engineering, and project stakeholders

Your QualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparableSeveral years hands-on experience in hardware testing, validation, or system level verificationAdvanced knowledge of test methodologies, measurement and test equipment, and developmentGood team, communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of automation hardware, data analysis tools or test result databasesAdvanced English and German language skills
