Overview

Join Huawei’s Digital Power research hub focused on solar and energy storage power conversion. You will shape the technology roadmap and develop next‑generation PV/BESS architectures and converter structures. You’ll lead R&D on novel power conversion concepts and collaborate with institutes to advance control algorithms and hardware. Your work will directly impact high-efficiency, green power solutions for data centers, EVs, and embedded systems. Expect cross‑functional collaboration, international exposure, and opportunities to drive IP and industry impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Identify and refine technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop technology roadmap for Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage solutions and converter forms
  • Lead R&D on new power conversion architectures and control solutions
  • Collaborate with external institutes and universities on joint projects
  • Design parameter sets, hardware layouts, and prototype verification for novel converters
  • Generate and protect IP through filings
  • Represent Huawei at international power electronics conferences
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Travel to Huawei China for internal alignment as needed
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • PhD in power electronics or electrical/electronic engineering with relevant post‑university experience
  • Strong knowledge of inverter topologies, modulation, and control algorithms
  • Experience with PV/BESS applications and power conversion hardware
  • Understanding of magnetic design, magnetic simulation, and power semiconductor devices (including wide bandgap)
  • Ability to lead R&D activities and work autonomously
  • Excellent English proficiency; international experience preferred
