Overview

In this role you guide IT-driven business projects within a global consultancy. You work in the Business Integration Group, supporting project management, consulting, and process modeling to deliver pragmatic solutions. You’ll manage your own projects, coordinate with Business and Central Functions, and advise stakeholders to navigate regulatory and framework constraints. The opportunity combines technical consulting, cross-functional leadership, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Plan and control IT-related business projects, including resource management and progress reporting
Provide stakeholder advisory and pragmatic problem-solving aligned with internal frameworks
Contribute to technical concepts and solution design, reviewing specifications and documentation
Apply strong IT architecture understanding to manage interconnections and dependencies
Continuously learn new technologies to support evolving project needs
Coordinate across Business and Central Functions as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

Zentrale Anforderungen

Training or degree in Project Management or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in planning, managing, and controlling classic and agile projects
Experience with integrating and managing external service providers
Ability to work in a global corporate environment; familiarity with complex process flows
Independent, structured, flexible, and service-oriented working style
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to present complex issues clearly
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel occasionally
Basic knowledge of project management software, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
