Expert Labor Relations (m/f/d)

In this role you provide expert legal guidance on co-determination to multiple business units and across brands. You ensure participation rights compliance and coordinate with international employee representation bodies. You will support global projects and advise managers on cross-border labor topics. You act as a trusted partner navigating complex regulatory frameworks, safeguarding employee rights throughout projects. This role connects you with TRATON’s international teams to shape a sustainable transportation future.

• Provide expert legal advice on co-determination matters at group level
• Ensure compliance with participation rights and align with international employee representation bodies
• Independently support the execution of global projects with co-determination requirements
• Guide managers on collective labor law in cross-brand and cross-country collaboration
• Act as trusted partner for regulatory and co-determination topics across project phases

• Completed university degree in Law or Business Law with focus on (collective) labor law
• Experience in international collaboration with employee representation bodies
• Target group specific communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Intercultural competence to collaborate with all TRATON brands (Sweden/Germany/Brazil/US)
• German native level and very good English skills, both spoken and written
