Expert Post Merger Integration (gn) full-time / part-time (hybrid)

Position : Full-time or Part-time (minimum 30 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Support national and international M&A projects in close collaboration with the M&A team, focusing on technical due diligence and evaluation of integration criteria.
• Define the target operating model and develop integration strategies.
• Lead the cross‑functional post‑merger integration project team and manage the operational implementation of the integration strategy.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on M&A and PMI projects.
• Develop and implement PMI concepts, methods, and tools.
• Establish tracking and reporting structures for the post‑merger integration process in close coordination with management.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in cross‑functional project management within an international company or in a transaction/strategy consulting environment.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and building trusted relationships.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset complemented by technological know‑how and confident handling of MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Dynamic personality with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial thinking, and a self‑reliant, proactive working style.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel.
• Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional foreign language preferred.
