What do you contribute?

More than accounting: As a single point of contact, you'll shape accounting standards for major Mobility projects and set new benchmarks in digitalization and process excellence.

• We are the reliable partner for Mobility's project business and the central point of contact for all project-related accounting topics.
• You’ll handle complex project accounting matters in the Mobility business in accordance with IFRS and German GAAP (HGB), developing detailed accounting concepts and well-founded analyses.
• You’ll represent accounting topics to internal and external stakeholders and advise the Mobility business through targeted analyses, reports, and visualizations.
• You’ll communicate both details and the big picture in an audience‑appropriate manner, ensuring transparent and comprehensible presentation of complex issues.
• You’ll actively shape a forward‑looking, state‑of‑the‑art accounting function by driving digitalisation and innovative approaches in project accounting.

What do you bring along?

• You hold a successfully completed master's degree in Business Administration/Economics with a focus on Accounting, Financial Reporting, Controlling, or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of relevant professional experience with a focus on accounting and financial management, for example in controlling, auditing, consulting, or a comparable function.
• You possess sound knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP (HGB) as well as experience in managing, controlling, and accounting for major projects; ideally from the project and plant engineering business (e.g., commercial project management, project‑related controlling).
• You are experienced in using efficient analytical methods and business intelligence solutions such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• You are characterised by strong communication skills, decision‑making ability, and an independent, solution‑oriented approach to work.
• You have excellent German and English skills; international experience is an advantage.
