Your Contribution

• Lead the development and operation of a high‑standard quality management system to ensure all infrastructure measures at sites meet peak excellence.
• Take full ownership of the end‑to‑end acceptance process for new builds, modifications and dismantling projects, including efficient resource and timeline planning.
• Drive the qualification and steering of partner models, defining skill profiles and creating training materials to ensure our partners deliver top‑tier results.
• Optimise production processes through detailed analysis of costs and bottlenecks, implementing innovative measures to continuously boost efficiency and quality.
• Lead the planning and execution of supplier audits to control the infrastructure and systems suppliers used during deployment.
• Act as a strategic expert in workshops and working groups, designing specialised solutions and representing technical positions to shape the future of the industry.

What Makes You Stand Out

• A university degree in a relevant field or a comparable professional qualification.
• Over 5 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of deep expertise within the specific area of responsibility.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of telecommunications systems and infrastructure deployment/modifications.
• Proven track record in professional project management and a strong understanding of deployment workflows.
• Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to prioritise complex tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication and information skills, including the ability to lead technical topics and manage professional networks.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), proficient IT skills (MS Office) and a valid Class B driver’s licence.
