Expert Senior SWE

Mercor is recruiting expert US/Europe-based senior SWEs for a highly challenging project with a leading foundational model AI lab.

You are a good fit if you:

Have 10+ years of experience working at top US tech firms

Are passionate about improving model capabilities at complex SWE tasks

About the role

You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this role

This contract is expected to last 2-3 weekss and includes promotion opportunities within the project

Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor

Vetting process

• 30 minute AI interview
• Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2h total, paid $100 for completion)

Pay and legal status

This role will pay $150-210/h depending on geography and experience-level
