Director of Facade Production

To ensure the management and direction of our Facade production, we are looking for our future director who will collaborate closely with the execution directors and shared services, whose main responsibilities will be:

• Direct management of site managers (Bulle and Denges), who are themselves in charge of the complete management of their teams and their production.
• Macro management of the department's workload, in coordination with the rest of the management team (commercial, execution, and services).
• Management of subcontracting (decision, budget, compliance).
• Commercial development of production, including offers of capacity according to our available capacity and the development of infrastructures.
• Active participation in projects and steering of production: definition and monitoring of objectives, contributing to the general interests of the company, decisions on resources, and reporting.

To take up this challenge, you are recognized for your leadership skills. You are able to manage the aspects specific to a project production ranging from unique pieces to prototyped series, while ensuring the requirements of all stakeholders in terms of safety, quality, and deadlines. In this function at the center of the company's value chain, you live and promote collaboration with other departments.

Resolutely oriented towards the future, you are always looking to improve production, whether in terms of skills, tools, technology, or resources (human, energy, etc.). A relevant and correct analysis of the elements at stake allows you to make decisions in the interest of the company and to react and adapt to planned or unforeseen situations.

For this, you demonstrate autonomy and respect for all departments, and communicate clearly and transparently with the people and sectors involved. Thanks to your teams, you are able to satisfy your internal clients in order to carry out Sottas projects and ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

Qualifications

To ensure the technical role of the position, you possess the following characteristics:

• You are an expert in production environments, with a very good understanding of the supply chain, and experience in continuous improvement in a production context (lean management type).
• You hold a production engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• You master standard tools and are experienced in the use of an ERP and/or complementary software.
